White Rabbit Projects has proudly launched nine unique restaurant and bar spaces at Locke de Santa Joana, a brand new, design-led, luxury hotel in Lisbon, on the south coast of Portugal.
Santa Joana is the flagship restaurant led by internationally acclaimed chef Nuno Mendes.
Located within the walls of a historic convent, Santa Joana will combine the excitement of contemporary Lisbon with Portugal’s vast culinary history and traditions.
Santa Marta is an all-day dining restaurant inspired by the diverse flavours of the southern Mediterranean.
Situated by the hotel pool, Santa Marta comprises a 60-cover restaurant including counter seating, together with a large outdoor terrace and bar.
White Rabbit Projects have partnered with bar operator and leading force of London's cultural landscape, Spiritland, creating two unique bars at Locke de Santa Joana - Spiritland and The Kissaten, plus a further four bars across the property.

The first international venue for audiophile pioneers, Spiritland is a late-night DJ and cocktail bar featuring Lisbon, London and global residencies.

A Japanese-inspired listening bar housing Lisbon’s largest whisky selection to enjoy alongside an extensive vinyl library.
Café Castro's is a convivial and relaxed space for co-working, hotel guests and local residents alike.
Conveniently situated at the entrance of the hotel with seating that spills out onto the street, Café Castro's is open daily serving a menu of sweet and savoury pastries, cookies and cakes, made fresh in house daily by Head Pastry Chef Maria Ramos.
