Introducing EVE X Proper Slice, an unorthodox pizza joint from across the pond.
Located in Ember Locke, part of the Locke hotel group, EVE X Proper Slice opened its doors in Kensington in August 2024.
This spot is all about celebrating New York’s old-school pizzerias, opened in partnership with Gibran Baydoun, the hospitality guru who brought the cult pizzeria Lucali BYGB to Singapore.
Proper Slice dough is freshly made each day and fermented for 48 hours, the proper way to make New York City style slices and whole pies with a crisp crust and signature chew.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of sides including garlic knots and buffalo wings with ranch dressing, plus delicious desserts and classic cocktails.
