White Rabbit Projects was founded in 2016 by CEO Chris Miller, former Commercial Director for the Soho House Group.

Chris was joined by COO Éadaoin McDonagh (Harvey Nichols, Kofler Group) and Culinary Director Karl Thompson (Mustard Catering, Mustard Foods). Together their development platform offers investment alongside a full suite of best-in-class creative and hospitality services spanning operations, culinary, finance, people, marketing and design.

White Rabbit’s portfolio currently comprises of a team of 900 across 54 global sites including Lina Stores, Kricket, Island Poké and White Rabbit Hospitality.
